Mischa makes a deal with court

April 7 – The former O.C. starlet, Mischa Barton, has decided to take a plea bargain in her DUI case. According to TMZ, at her court date this week, she will plead no contest to the DUI charge. In exchange, her snazzy lawyers will ask for the marijuana charge to be dropped and the driving without a license claim will be dropped to just an infraction. Ex-Marissa will then be forced to serve three years of unsupervised probation and attend alcohol education classes before paying a hefty fine. Let’s hope she’s learned her lesson … or at least decided to lay off the booze before getting behind the wheel.
