Campus fishing for comments

In an effort to provide the best experience possible for A&M-Commerce students, the University has initiated the “We Care” campaign. This program will allow students to let the administration know what A&M-C is doing well and what could be done better. According to a press release from April 8, the campaign has been designed to provide students and visitors with a formal avenue to address exemplary and/or unsatisfactory service at the school. Forms and drop boxes for the “We Care” campaign can be found on the wall in the business administration building on the first floor near enrollment services, and in the lower lobby of the Memorial Student Center between the bookstore and the cafeteria entrance.Anyone interested in retrieving the “We Care” form online can visit the links on the future students, student affairs and current student Web sites.Reports submitted by students and can apply to all areas and offices of the campus. In order to keep up with current issues and praise, Dr. Deborrah Hebert, the assistant vice president and dean of student affairs, checks the boxes two to three times a week before forwarding them to the appropriate personnel for immediate action. Responses to forms should be received within 24 hours. Anonymous reports are accepted, but in order to get feedback on final resolutions, reporters must include their contact information. Summary results will be compiled and posted semi-monthly and additional boxes will be added as needed.
