Students at Texas A&M University-Commerce now have a new option in off campus living as the Lion's Den has officially opened for business, after buying out the University Inn. The Lion's Den, located on Highway 50, offers lodging to A&M-Commerce students and has a café that is open to the public.

Texas A&M University-Commerce chapter of the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC), in association with the Sigma Chi fraternity, is sponsoring a Dodgeballwish Tournament on Feb. 3 and 4.
Students and faculty alike came together on Jan. 25 to celebrate the 3rd birthday of the Rayburn Student Center. The festivities started at roughly 11:00 a.m., and students quickly got in line for various activities and giveaways, including free T-shirts among other things.

Just along the northeast corner of campus, students will discover a new restaurant, the College Corner Cafe, has popped up between the East Texas Bookstore and the Prairie Crossing Residence Hall.
The Chi Omega sorority held their Chihop fundraiser in the Baptist Student Ministry at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Among the food served was an unlimited amount of pancakes.

Students at Texas A&M University-Commerce are now able to view new art as local artists Ambrea Dean and Max Fields have recently collaborated to host a showing of their work in the Wathena Temple Art Building opening Nov. 30.
